This is a sign up experience as well as a third party claim after an Outsurance client reversed into my car: First up, Outsurance quote beat my current insurance company by a mile. The sign up process was done over phone and it went quite well with clearly defined rules and excess amounts. For the third party claim the Outsurance system worked much better than my current system and I had no issues. However I am still waiting to hear back from them.
