This has been a rough few years for our dogs. First Fennel explodes her knee because she's a *****. Then Gumbo gets a weird cancer lump that needs removing. Then Fennel eats a dog toy that means they have to cut her open to get it out. Then Gumbo gets a skin infection that takes over most of his body. I'm tired boss. But Outsurance has not been part of the solution. Every time I contact them, within a week payment is sorted out with friendliness and empathy. I literally have no complaints.
