This a first appalling service received from Outsurance Pet
Disappointed, shocked, disbelief, staff seem to not know what why're doing.

23 Mar 2026, 08:28 Very disappointed in the pitiful don’t care service received from the Pet division of Outsurance. In all the years I’ve been with Outsurance this is the first time I’ve received such appalling service. I sent in a claim on the 14th of March including all the relevant documents. I received a reply, *** & waited for the advisor to contact me. Kagiso Sihlangu emailed me requesting further documents. I tried calling back to no avail. I phoned again the 17th and left a message for him to phone me back. Needless to say he never did. I phoned again and spoke to Jasmin Eybers. As requested I resent the claim forms, vets info invoice & proof of payment. Jasmin acknowledge that she received all the documents on the 17th March. After emailing her 3 times I received an email from Palesa Lejwane stating that the claim was in Withdrawn status. I spoke to Palesa. She advised that she would “RE-OPEN” the claim and get back to me. Today is the 20th and I’m none the wiser as to what’s happening. Cuddles is currently in hospital so there’ll be another claim coming. I can’t tell you how Shocked, disappointed and frustrated I am.
