Third Party Party claim rejected even though they know it wont be covered by my insurance
I had an accident with my Husband's car , they covered cost to repair his car but refusing to cover third party repairs . They claim their cover follows their driver( Does it really) so third party must claim from my insurance even though they were told by my insurance that my cover only covers incidents caused by the car listed on the cover .They is so happy to deduct premiums each month ,when it come to paying out ....they bring out lawyers .After all this they have the audacity to increase the premiums by R600.

02 Aug 2019, 15:19Good day Linda,
Thank you for bringing the matter to our attention. Our legal team have been in contact with you to address your concerns regarding the 3rd party claim.
There are several factors that will influence a premium increase at rerate stage such as claims, non-payments, inflationary adjustments, underwriting changes, etc. Our retention department will be in contact with you to discuss your policy.
We do apologise for the frustration caused.
