Third Party not treated fair Outsurance being bias

Your client was looking for parking, as I was about to reverse I observed her pass on my rear view mirror then I reversed to pull out of the parking, before I was entirely out of it I saw her coming back in reverse then I stopped my car and started hooting and hooting to alert her that she is going to bump into my brand new vehicle but no she didn't stop up until she stopped onto my car. I could have gone back into parking to avoid bumping me but the easiest and quickest thing to do that time was to hoot because as I said she was in a rush so she was reversing very fast so I could only hoot.After she had hit my car she came out and apologised and mentioned that she didn't see me but the next day her story changed and now we suddenly both at fault: She gave an incorrect statement to Outsurance because she knew that there weren't any witness and I was not going to be able to prove it otherwise.She deliberately left out the information that I had been hooting like a crazy person to alert that she is going to bump me and once I gain if I do not have a witness to this again my story is invalid.why would I be hooting and be reversing at the same time and worse of all why would I hoot.
