Third-party no claim

One of outsurance clients hit me at the back of my car when the traffic came to a sudden stop. Which pushed me into the car stopped car infront of mine which damaged my car from the front and back. And this happened on my mother last birthday before she passes away. I have insurance but as it isn't my fault I don't see why I have to pay. I have been waiting till this day for just a phone call. The police case number is AR / 28 / 06 / 2015 honeydew police station. All I want is my car fixed. I could bad mouth and I could go all out but I don't see why it is unfair that this has taken so long and my phone calls to outsurance never gets rep**** to in over 3 months. Just to add I did submit all of the relevant documents needed to them.
