Third Party is NO Party.............

Hi , my name is Jonathan Lawrence. on the 5th August 2024 i was involved in a MVA. the other driver rammed into my car,whilst jumping a stop sign. the accident caused extensive damage to my car. the other guy took full responsibility for the crash and told me that he had third party cover with outsurance. he reported the crash to his insurance. he also supp**** me with the contact details of their claims department. i contacted Outsurance's claims department that required various documents and reports, which i submitted on the 25th August 2024. a month later outsurance notified me that they have assigned another claims consultant to my case. after numerous attempts to get answers from them, the agent finally contacted me and said that my claim is in "the process" and that i have to be patient. a month later they assigned another agent to my case, and he claims they cannot get hold of their insured(other driver) to finalise the claim. i immediately contacted the other driver who assured me that he submitted all required documents to Outsurance, and that they were lying to me.. every time i tried to contact the other driver, he answered his phone. five months have passed now and i am still in the dark about my claim. the other driver accepted full liability for the accident. is outsurance just playing delaying games? surely third party liability is not a myth? or am i wrong?
