Third party Insurance Claim

<p>A client of Santam made a false claim/accusation regarding an accident that took place in December. We have provided you with a witness. Please call the police, get an affidavit. Do polygraph tests if you must. We do not know this witness from a bar of soap. She offered her help in a time of need when my wife was in distress. How on earth does it take your highly competent staff more than 4 months to get hold of this witness? Please get your act together. I am aware that Anneke has only recently taken over this case, however, I feel this matter is dragging out unnecessarily. I made contact with the witness to ensure that we could have this resolved and have forwarded this communication to your people as well. The issue is really simple and is fast becoming frustrating. This is really making me doubt your service and I'm not too far off from looking at other Insurance options.</p>
