Third party claim,Salmon Pretorius not responding

Salmon Pretorius is the one who handle my claim i gave him all the documents he request, however after that on 22/10/15 he promised me to wait for 3 working days to get response. i waited and call on the 29-10-15 i left massage for him and send email. but until today am still waiting for respond.
