Third Party Claim Rejection

<p>I am very dissapointed with the level of communication and professionalism OUTsurance has given during my claim against their client. I lodged a claim against their client due to the fact that their client reversed into my front left door while I was exiting a parking lot. The facts are simple and straight forward - I did not drive into her as its logical that the front of my vehicle would be damaged. I submitted the claim and the call I received from their advisor was simply unprofessional. Their reason for rejecting my claim? "Because our client said you drove into her". I mean seriously? No investigation and no proof yet they make a ruling and thats it. Call me petty but unfortunately I expected more from such a proclaimed professional outfit. I hope they read this and discuss the matter with me in more detail as I came to the party and even tried helping their client get the best affordable quote for her damage as well.</p> <p> </p> <p>Not impressed.</p>
