Third Party Claim - OUTSURANCE IS APPALLING

<p> </p> <p>I had an outsurance client cause damage to my vehicle! it was a clear straight forward Third Party Claim and yet they had come back saying each party must be liable for their own damages.but the other vehicle was repaired by Outsurance!!!! Why should i be liable for damages done to my vehicle by another party? Outsurance is a disgrace! All you do is take from people but never give back or provide the service you supposedly give! </p> <p>I am fully aware how claims are to be handled, and by how mine was dealt with by Lynette Govender and management was quite appalling to say the least. i do not understand how you guys make decisions on a daily basis. i can only imagine how many third party claims are going unpaid . </p> <p> </p> <p>I am without a vehicle for the past two month because you guys think that i was in the wrong? when i was minding the rules of the road when one of your clients decides to drive recklessly and damage my vehicle. OUTSURANCE - YOU GUYS NEED TO TAKE BE FAIR AND HONEST WHEN MAKING DECISIONS AND NOT COME UP WITH POOR EXCUSES TO NOT SETTLE A CLAIM!</p> <p> </p> <p>After all this , i am glad to say that atlest the one that damaged my vehicle had the decency to repair my vehicle.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
