Third Party Claim Nightmare.

<p>I was unfortunately bumped by an Outsurance client two months ago. I submitted the thirdparty claim against Osurance successfully however they Settled at a lower amount from the original Quote. They told me they have an arrangement with the panel beater to complete the Job at discounted rates. I took the car to the panel beater for repairs and the Job iscompleted. Now there's a dispute because The panel beater is saying they never had that agreement and no one at Outsurance contacted them to make the arrangement. My car is stuck at the panel beater because they are saying they won't release car until full payment is received.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have reverted the matter back to Ousurance and now they are dragging their feet in solving the issue. Their assessor has a I" don't care attitude" and is not responsive. It is frustrating and costly for me as I have to make alternative arrangements for a car I pay for. </p>
