Third party claim exess reimbursed

I had an incident where my car was parked in a designated parking space. There was another vehicle parked in the same parking area parallel to my car with a slight down slope. The driver of this vehicle did not make sure that his handbrake was app**** to keep his car stationary. His car rolled into my car and damages was caused to my car where i had to pay excess to fix damages claiming from my insurance and then my insurance claims the Excess from their third party Insurance.<br> <br> The accident happened 04/12/2014 @ 8:30 and I received confirmation 19/05/2015 that the excess will be payed to me by close of business.
