Third Party Claim denying liability

OUTsurance is your instruction to your legal department working on Third Party claims to outright deny liability no matter what proof and reasons have been provided? Your clients, damaged my vehicle in rainy weather, from the fast lane, his car ended up in the next lane, hitting my drivers door and damaging my vehicle. Your horribly ***********, defensive legal adviser (who's language is so poor btw tells me i need "an in depended" witness- is this the standard of your legal team?? ) even tells me that this is what happened to your client,( obviously i know this, as its the story he gave me when he hit my car!!!) tells me the onus is on me to prove this... your client ADMITS hes wrong, why are outsurance denying liability??? I went as far as to provide legal precendent, shes not even bothering to look at this, purely interested in denying liability. How disgusting Outsurance... taking this to the Ombudsman!
