Third Party Claim
Dear Outsurance,

On the 6th of January 2015, the driver of the Mercedes Benz C Class reversed into me, who is your client. The car was driven by the unlicensed son of the car owner, I submitted the claim to my insurance and they could not pay, I then decided to submit the claim directly to Outsurance, and it relates to your client, and they have reported the matter to you.

I communicated with Chareen Boshoff and she told me that we needed to make an appointment for the assessment of the damages, and a day after that email she told me that Outsurance will not entertain my claim, because of the 70/30 apportionment stuff. This was never explained on the 1st communication with her, and the 1st email I sent included the quote to repair my car.

I have been leaving Chareen messages so that she could explain to me what this means, and up to this day I'm still waiting for that call.

Outsurance managed to fix their client's car damages which amounted to over R20k, and failed to fix my car for mere R5,500.00.

I am still waiting for the call from Chareen, my claim number is *** for your reference.
