I Lebogang Moagiwas involved in car accident on the 9/11/2015 time 08:25 at the traffic lights of kraft road. This is what happened on that day as I was driving polo classic white car (VDW298GP) my dad in law car coming from N12 road Johannesburg took a off ramp at Germiston Kraft road approaching the traffic lights and were in green status for me and I was turning to Elandsfontein Road and the Lady driving Micra Nissan-light brown (CD86CK *GP) in colour her name is Martha Khumalo came at high speed the righten side and the traffic lights were red on her side and she dumped my front righten side car. My case number AR51/11/2015 opened at Primrose Police station at Germiston.I have the witness but she was with me and her name is Sibongile Ngwenya and the Outsurance phoned me and I tried to explain to the guy who is protecting the lady bumped me but he told me the way outsurance for money and I will never win this case.
