third part department!!!

Outsurance's 3rd party department horrible, they don't update the 3rd part. Had to keep calling everyday to find out what is going with the claim and they keep saying they will get back to me but never call. they were able to fix their client ( who was at fault) within 3days with no hassle.

I guess their wrong client took first priority while we had to wait weeks for them to approve the claim, which makes absolute no sense to me, to approve one claim and not the other while both claims are relatable honestly its the same claim
