Think wisely before moving or staying with Outsurance.

Have been waiting for over a year for outsurance to recover my excess but I guess because I'm no longer an outsurance client they don't care. Outsurance attorney has called numerous times to ask of the same details provided to outsurance at the time of the claim. Last after calling outsurance to follow up on the recovery status, got a call from the attorney the following day to ask if I could meet at the incident site. Since than no feedback or anything. Should I just forget of even getting my excess back from outsurance.
