Think Twice before signing for cover

My negative encounter with an agent at the cancellations department has left me in shock that in this day and age ************ tactics are still being used. <br> The agent thought he was Outsurances gift to finance. He was rude and obnoxious, when I wanted to cancel the '15 year pay back' life policy, I realised how expensive it is. <br> This gentlemen did not want to accommodate the though that I made a decision. He was argumentative with a 'smile' and broke out laughing at me as if to indicate how stupid I am to cancel and go with another company whose policy details he had incorrectly assumed whist harassing me to stay with Outsurance.<br> I must have asked to cancel almost 10 times on the phone with him, until I threatened to report them to the Ombudsman. <br> I had a good opinion about Outsurance until I was met with this educated Rottweiler who thought I was nothing.<br> and yes even with your degree, but with no manners YOU sir are Nothing!<br> <br> Guys becareful, when signing to a policy it is easy with this company but be prepared to be met with nastiness when you want to sign out. i wonder how they treat people who actually do claim?!
