Things often go wrong in groups or in 3's. It not like you plan it that way- life just happens and that's why one needs insurance because you never know. All I ever want out of my insurance is fairness. When I pay monthly for my phone or work computer and something goes wrong, I want to see the fruits of my monthly payments. My Binocs recently got water logged at the same time as my phone and computer and unfortunately I had stopped my out and about insurance during covid, so I wasn't covered which was a bummer but fair. Thank you for being fair Outsurance, that's all we ask as clients of yours. There is nothing worse than paying every month and when something goes wrong your insurance company tries to find ways to not pay you out. That is where I draw the line and move on. Thanks Outsurance, I've been with you for nearly 20 years and will continue to do so. So long as you stay fair and don't treat your clients like they are ********s, when they have a claim.
