******* who destroy peoples lives - justice will be served by way of summons to civil trial

Outsurance has repudiated my insurance claim due to ***** and dishonesty - they owe me R***.00 for my truck and trailer that was ****** - Outsurance debited my account on 14/12/16(prorata cover until 30/12/16) rejected my claim I loged for the 15/12/16 and ay the truck and trailers were missing on the (06/12/16, due to being hijacked in Witbank) - The Matrix movement report shows the truck went through Witbank, on the 06/12/16 @64kms average speed, without stopping, hence there was no hijacking on the 06/12/2016 that concludes my truck was hijacked. - therefore the movement report has proved Outsurance wrong on paper and still they refuse to pay me - now I need to go to the High court of Gauteng / Jhb Bar, to apply for a summons for trial in th commercial court - its already been two years, and this is costing me a daily income of R9000 since 2016.... Iwll have to take the matter to court though, thats for sure - If there is an attorney out there wanting to take on this matter on contingency to sue for settlement, plus loss of income, please contact me on *** / *** - be very carefull of outsurance... Either way I will be heading for High Court of Gauteng next week to iniatate motion proceedings - lets see what the law says in this matter
