I need to understand why 2 debit orders have gone off 2 of my accounts with 2 different amounts... I've been a customer for over 3years I changed my banking details my premium went up 2months ago but the old account is being debited with the old premium??? I need answers ASAP..

Further to our private reply on receipt of your complaint we can confirm that our client care manager Fizaro has been in contact with you.
He informed you that we only debited your ABSA account and not your FNB account.
You advised that you will contact FNB and provide us with your bank statement.
On receipt of this information we will be able to assist further.
