After struggling to reach Outsurance for 2 weeks to cancel my policy, I logged a complaint on hellopeter and finally got a response on 5 May. But now, you refuse to refund my June premium (policy was only until 25 May) because YOU would not help me. Why am I paying for your mistakes Outsurance????
