<p>I am really not happy with Outsurance, their moto "youll always get something out" is nonsense, we got broken into on Tuesday and i only joined Outsurance in the beginning of the month, so first premium will only go off on 25th July, they refuse paying out my claim even thou my policy states Evective date 04/07/2016 they stipulate that i will only be covered from first payment. but the legal document is stating ill be covered from the 04/07/2016, nowhere on the policy document does it state that any money must be paid first. </p>
We are not at all insenstive to the loss you incurred.
Our caims manager, Shelton contacted you and discussed the rejection with you. You confirmed having reversed the payme t at the bank. We notified you of non-payments via sms and also of not enjoying cover in these instances.
It remains the client's responsibility to pay the rpemium upfront to enjoy cover for the period lying ahead.
Arrangements have been made to send you the required conversations .
