Thhe Company who recruit new customers and thereafter no support at all

I took my car for inspection at the local PG Glass outlet in Kroonstad to receive the link to inspected my own car, that i must take my own pictures, this i have done, through the whatsup app, it was approved and i even receive the printout, but now for 2 consecutive time i receiving sms that my inspection was not completed. Realy i'm now sick and tired of Companies which have no ***** to service the the client in the corrcet manners. Please advise me why i must not cancel my insures with your Company after 2 months
