They woulnt fix the car after the accident

Got into an accident on 30 July. My car was towed to Targa Panelbeaters.They took 2 month with the car,Out refused to fix some damages claiming they are not part of the accident. i dont understand how that happens?I got the car back on 30 September and there are more damages which were not there before the accident. The volume knob from the radio is missing, the belt tension of the driver seat is damaged, the seatbelt at the back is missing among other things. I phoned Out who referred me to Targa after I complained several times about their service. BMW confirmed via email that the damages Out refused to pay are accident related. Paul from Targa now talks about some Rowen Rose popping out of nowhere who wants another report from BMW. After he had one. Now m fighting with Paul who is clearly trying stop Out from fixing the car.i don't understand why? A very disrespectful man. Whose client am I? Should i be the one talking to Targa? For what? I feel unprotected by OUT, Exactly how far are these people willing to go to avoid fixing my car. ALWAYS GET SOMETHING OUT? REALLY? this is so unfair an I deserve so much better.someone is not taking responsibility!
