good day<br> <br> on the 13 August 2015 I received a call from Tshepo calling me about the quote of Out surance. I ask him to do a quote about my out and about goods at home. He did a quote and the quote was too much for me. at the end i didn't agree or take the insurance.<br> <br> On Friday the 14th i received the sms from ITC that the was insurance inquiry done on my credit report. I was surprised because i didn't take the insurance. how did they inquiry on my name if i didn't take the insurance and i was not aware that they did it? On the 17th I call them to find out about ITC that was done. they transfer my call the manager Rhude, he said its their procedure to that and I requested for a call recording. He said
