they tell lies that's all useless insurance

I called outsurance ealier this year and got a quote but they couldn't beat my insurance. I called them again today to get another quote as having problems with my current insurance.still they couldn't beat my insurance and they said they will email me the link to get paid the 400 so they didn't I called them again only to be told by someone else that I don't get the 400 I got it before but nowhere does it state that.and it's not my fault that they still can't beat my current insurance and it's not my fault that they promised to give me the 400 it just goes to show that outsurance don't live up to their stands and they are useless and that they just lie to get customers and they don't live up to the prices they show on TV nobody ever pays those prices.outsurance is just useless and pathetic ca use they don't the customers the real deal. How can I get told I don't qualify yet they didn't beat my insurance.
