They switched my policy from persona to business without me confirming anything and that i found only after I was making a claim hence I was recently in a car accident. They couldn't tow my car I had to pay for the towing truck while I have been using outsurance for years and never submitted a claim and even the access fee is R26 000. When they call me this morning to attend to my claim they say I was not covered for the month I asked how come they said they was gonna deduct money from me for the business policy i didn't APPROVE on the 11 of July.
