They need to get their act together

Some years back when I was buying my business insurance from them their consultant convinced me to take up an additional benefit called loss of income cover. which he explained it will cover me should my company not be able to operate due to any reason . I then added that on my cover for extra payment on the premium.

when level five was announced I contacted them to claim and they told my I don't have that cover. It was like they don't even know what I'm talking about . I then requested the call recording of when my cover was taken out which they promised to send in three day. to date I haven't received any.

Recently I also had a situation where I cannot operate my business and when I wanted to claim from that option I was told I don't have a cover and was again promised to be sent the call recording within three day which I'm still yet to receive and is been a month now.

I'm not sure what game are they playing but they are literally gampling with my loyalty to them.
