They mislead clients just to make a sale

I had an accident on the 11th of July 2023 outsurance wrote off my bakkie the process was the worst experience ever.. the claims advisor integrated me treated me like a ******** went through my phone however after all that.. I received emails stating that my claims is approved and I will be paid out, on the day of paying out my claim amount changed. They gave me all the *** story's. I requested call recording and to date have not yet been called back everytime nor have I received the recording request I call in they have a story the managers are always busy..
