They just dont care about what is right and what is wrong, definitely not a transparent business practice

I was in an accident on the 22/09/2016 with a taxi driver, i exchanged details and found out that the driver is insured with Outsurance. The driver was not obiding to the rules of the road and was driving down in an upcoming lane thus causing the accident. I contacted Outsurance and they said that this will have to be put through as a third party claim. They told me what documents they need and that they need a witness statement as well, luckily there were plenty witnesses who saw what and how it hapenned. I was then told the case is assigned to Chantall Govender in the legal department, a person who was and is up untill now not helpful at all. I have been calling and asking her many a times how far and the lies just keep coming as she is forever contradicting herself she firstly sent me a declining e-mail a few hours after she went through my documents, declining my claim without so much as a call to me. I then immediately called her where she said not in so many words, that the witnesses that their client used were the people that were driving with him in his taxi, i then disputed this and wanted to speak to a manager where she put me through to Lebogang i explained to him that on the third party claim form that they provided me with states that no one is allowed to use witness statements of those that were in the vehicle with them, Lebogang then requested that i get another witness and they will look into this case again. i got him another witness statement of another person who saw the accident and called him and he advised me that the claim is still being handled by Shantal Govender, i assumed they would give the case to someone else to look into but i guess finding out who is in the wrong is not a priority for Outsurance, as i have called many a times after that and everytime it's a different story the last few calls i've made for the past month they say that they are waiting on the witness statements which i could not understand as they told me in not so many words that the reason they declined my claim innitially was based on witness statements they received from the client. So this means they **** to me to discourage me to claim.

I know i am not a client but if Outsurance is willing to discard claims against their Taxi driver clients who we all know have a reputation for driving bad in CPT, and dont even give a second look as to when someone is being accused for breaking the rules of the road by more than two people. Then i will say they deliver a bias service and do not care for their clients for if this is'nt proparly investigated further legal steps will have to be taken against their client who will then have to incur more cost.

I would therefor never want to or advise anyone else to do business with Outsurance as they do not care who is right or wrong they will make a decision that suits them.
