They hound you constantly via telephone, even after you have given them specific times to phone. I have sent numerous emails regarding the change of address they kept getting it wrong. On the fifth email i get a call and go through all the details to change the address *and then they put the premiums up!!!!* The details on my car are incorrect, it says no service history when there is a full service history. They only too happy to sign you up and take your money but to get any after "sales" assistance is severely lacking.
