They do not pay back refunds after policy has been cancelled.
I was told the amount that would be refunded would be back in my account within 7 days after the policy was cancelled and money was still debited. It has now been over 14 days and I have not received the refund. What exactly is the problem. Kindly refund me without any further delay.
