They did not correct my address with wrong area

We moved from Pretoria North to the south side of the Mountain in the area Lady Selbourne next to Suiderberg.<br> At first when we give notice that we have moved and they must change our address, they say they do not have our area on there system.<br> They load our premium with the amount of R130 because they say we are now in a High Risk area. When the documents come we saw they did not have our address right.<br> We inform them 2 weeks ago that our address is not right and they need to correct it the consultant reply that they placed us under Rosslyn because they do not have Lady Selbourne on there system. We are 15 kilometres away from Rosslyn.<br> That explains why they increased our premium because Rosslyn is a high risk area<br> The guy said the management must correct it in the mean time I also send a email to remind them and they did not respond on the email either. Maybe it is time to change to another Insurer who have better service.<br> Corrie Prinsloo
