They call centre agents are friendly and helpful
They call centre agents are friendly and helpful. There is not a long wait to talk to someone, which has been the case with other insurers. OUTsurance cover is easy to understand and affordable. However the agents make additional phone calls to upsell you other insurance products which is unnecessary and annoying.
