They are friendly and prompt and efficient in every aspect. I've dealt with them for a number of years, I've always been amazed how efficient they are. This morning I sent a prompt for them to call me to change ownership on one of my vehicles, within seconds I recieved a call from a friendly man, and he was not a machine recording, just a friendly patient man. Within minutes he took care of removing my sold vehicle and insuring my new vehicle. He spoke clearly was so nice. All the claims I have made through the years, I have always been amazed at the good service. Well done Outsurance 👍☕
