They are deducting money monthly from my account without me aproving

It's 2 months not they are diducting my for a insurance cover that I never approved off I eve called them numerous times for cancel it since I use Miway already but they are not acting from the get go they called me offering me a cover and I told them I already had one they said they could match their price and I said I would consider their offer

Thank you for your response.

Our client care manager assisted with proper feedback. You did agree to a future activation date which was scheduled for 15 July, hence the pro rata premium deduction on 15 July and full month's premium deduction on 1 August.

We do confirm your policy has now been cancelled and the premium will be refunded.
