It is seldom that a company continues to live up to its hype but Outsurance and their star (In my eyes) Itumeleng Makinita have exceeded their pledge and set new levels in client service.

My parents, having recently experienced the misfortune of a burst pressurized pipe have had Outsurance and Tumi with them every step of the way. From contacting assessors and contractors in plumbing, flooring and woodworkers this dynamic duo (Tumi and Outsurance) have eased the burden on my elderly folks. Words cannot express my gratitude in what you have done thus far and your caring nature, compassion, gentle manner and professionalism have set new standards others will find hard to replicate.
