There is always a catch!

I contacted OUTSURANCE for car insurance.They couldn't meet the insurance I have. They have acknowledged their premium was higher. I got a reference no# for my call <br> <br> Outsurance send me an unique login pin by sms, but this login must be submitted by an web page they have to send via your email account. This seems to be the catch since they cannot or just do not send the web page.
