Their turnover is the best,you lodge a complaint or request a call they respond immediately,however ever I had a bad experience with them in 2024 whereby I referred someone via the outsurance app and was promised to get R1000 off the next premium, well it wasn’t like that they reduced my premium with R400 instead of R1000, R400 is when you referred someone via a telephone but with the app is says 1000 which I tried to asked about it several times and they promised to rectify even today.so I am not going to refer someone to them ever.other than that yah their services is the best.
