Their approved company cannot fix my garage door, and they want to charge me for labor.

<p>My cable snapped today and the newly replaced spring fell on the floor... We called outsurance to have their garage company come back they told me the cables now need to be replaced.</p> <p>Now I am frustrated as:</p> <p>1. The technician said I need to pay a call out fee and labor if he replaces the cable tomorrow, I am not prepared to pay any such fees as it is their job to get it right the first time. He also wants me to pay for the cable which is around R375<br />2. This is a company recommended by outsurance<br />3. Why wasn't all the cables replaced the first time around ??? Both the new safety cable and garage cable snapped and fell around my car. (I will inspect the car for damages tomorrow you are liable for any damage)<br />4. Outsurance is quick to endorse my policy, yet your own recommended people cannot do their jobs properly.<br />5. On Saturday they come back to fix the garage as it was not closing properly</p> <p>Why should I now be inconvenienced because your people cannot deliver. I am not willing to pay any further fees as I already paid this company R1105 and yet I still have a garage with issues.</p>
