Their app is fantastic so easy to use. After filling in a claim I had asked for someone to contact me. Within 5 minutes of submitting g this I had a call from an extremely polite and helpful lady. Once my dog had seen the vet I submitted my claim. I was immediately notified that OUTsurance had received it and were already busy with it. I was psid within 48 hours of my dog being treated. This is always the service I get with OUTsurance no matter what claim I have. Excellent service and very well mannered and helpful staff.
