Theft
This company agrees on a monthly debit order amount for my car, they then increase the premium without discussing it with me despite the interest rates dropping and the value of my car decreasing. I email them to correct it which gets ignored. Outsurance stands for exactly that you are out of the game

05 Aug 2020, 11:03Good day Des and Anneke,
Thank you for your feedback.
We have tried several times to contact you since you posted your review but have been unsuccessful in our attempts.
You are correct, vehicles do depreciate however the cost of spare parts and labour increases which has a direct impact on premium at rerate stage.
On the 4th of August, Lebogang our retention advisor addressed your concerns regarding the rerate and the email you sent. We send out notification 45 days prior to the rerate taking effect and you responded to the email which is an unmanned email address. Prior to Lebogang calling you, your policy was cancelled as you placed a stop on the debit order.
We do apologise for the disappointment.
Regards,
OUTsurance
