The worst insurance company, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH OUTSURANCE!!!
The most pathetic service in the history of insurance. You can't even cancel your policy without getting ******* service. I attempted to cancel my policy on three separate occasions, the first time on a Thursday afternoon I was assured by the lady that she will look into why I want to cancel and get back to me by Friday or the latest Monday. No call received. Eventually after being fed up with the general service I was being provided I cancelled my policy with immediate effect on the 17th of November 2023. I was informed that my refund would be processed on the 18th. Today I called to follow up to be told that my refund is being held untill the 25th of December. I don't have cover with you, my premiums are up to date. You owe my pro rata premiums. Now you want me to send you business Bank statements for what? You owe me not the other way around. I expect my refund to be done today. Please stop with this nonsense and ******* service. You can't sort a claim in three months now asking for two month's to process my refund.

Further to our private response, we can confirm that Nadia our client services manager called you to address your concerns. When a policy is cancelled, the refund is paid after 30 days. INadia advised you that if you email her the bank statement, she will release the refund sooner. We can confirm that your policy has been cancelled as requested. We will address any service transgression accordingly.
