The worst insurance company

A lady named Yolisana Hofmeyer from the legal department contacted me not so long ago about the processing of my insurance claim. She spoke with attitude and refused to assist me. Amoung other things i feel that just merely because I'm BLACK, Outsurance has deliberately oppressed me,this is by far the worst insurance company in the world. They spent months without contacting me about the claim but as soon as I wrote a review they contacted me immediately. What does this say about Outsurance? They do not care about honesty, transparency and they definitely do not care about people whom are not covered by them. I still say, Outsurance is the worst insurance company to ever surface from this ground, I really just need my car to be fixed.
