The worst insurance company
<p>Uncompromising, not understanding and having to speak to several people and explain over and over again, numerous phone calls, debits/deductions not as per instruction and generally unhelpfull and call centre operators even being rude that was my experiance with OUTSURANCE.</p>

Although the facility has since been cancelled, we requested our client care manage, Brian to investigate what had transpired and to contact you with proper feedback.
You have our sincere apologies for the disappointing experiences you mention. We will never condone any form of unprofessional conduct or behaviour and will discuss our findings internally.
