The worst insurance company!

I am a third party affected by a water damage claim to my property that had occurred in dec 2014. Up until today I have received no help whatsoever for the damages caused. There is mould growing on my ceiling that is causing a serious health hazard. The likes of standard bank would have this sorted out in a week. Outsourance has told to get my own contractors and pay out of my own pockets and attach the invoice to my claim. I find this totally unacceptable and pathetic!
