The worst insurance claim experience

There was an attempted theft on my vehicle. Processing my claim through outsurance was like tracking the *********. The advisor had no care in the world and no urgency on sorting out my claim. Every contact made with outsurance was me calling them. Ridiculous service turnaround times. No care about the customers position!!!
