<p> I don’t know where to start. 13 emails between me and a outsurance staff member by the name of Farisani Mulidi in the legal department.</p> <p> </p> <p>I asked for he's direct supervisor to contact me but got met with a technical email that ended with here is my managers email address a Neno Motlhamme.</p> <p> </p> <p>Copied this manger in my mails with no response from the manager.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have cancelled one of my policies with you due to this bad service and i am ready to cancel the next but want to give you a chance to redeem yourself.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thus far it is looking really bad.</p> <p> </p> <p>Hope a manager will step up and call me tomorrow 10th of June and sort out this problem.</p> <p> </p>
